Our Daily Trek

I love this time of year. Beach season. Each morning is the same. We wake up, sip coffee, juice and/ or milk, eat breakfast, pack our cooler, and head to the beach. The trek is also the same each day. The boys walk side by side up the hill and over the sand. Conversation sounding something similar to "George, can you see the water yet? I think the tide is going to be out." "Not yet Josh." "Can you see it now George?" "Not yet Josh." "I see it now. Lets go!" This year will be so exciting watching Riley become a beach babe. She already seems very at home along the shore. Not scared, no complaints about the sand, just content. Although my beach partner will be sitting alongside a different shoreline, I'm hopeful this season will be just as fulfilling as the last. I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be. Thank you Jesus!

OMG...I can click on Riley's picture and she becomes life-size. Big enough for a kiss...she is so cute, and you are truly blessed to have the beach to keep that handful of manchildren at bay. Love ya!
